Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bd339 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bd339 will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, email, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd339 support immediately.
bd339 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
- The player's account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day as published in the bd339 platform at the time of withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

- Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control their spending. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
- Session Reminders — Players may set time-based reminders that alert them to how long they have been playing in a single session.
- Time-Out — Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a time-out, the account cannot be used to deposit or play.
- Self-Exclusion — Players who feel they need a longer break from gambling may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. A self-excluded player will not be permitted to re-register on bd339 during the exclusion period.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd339. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a third party's name.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the bd339 platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
- Using funds of illegal origin to deposit on bd339. bd339 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

bd339 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any activity constitutes a prohibited activity under these Terms. Such determinations are final and binding.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
bd339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in any criminal activity.
- A request by the account holder to close the account voluntarily.
Upon termination of an account for any reason other than confirmed fraud or money laundering, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet subject to completed wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC completion.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the bd339 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and game interfaces, is the property of bd339 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
